I’ve a lovely FREE Heart Frame for you today. It’s FUN and FUNKY and it’ll add some LOVE to your Valentine’s cards and pages. I used it in the page below that I called ‘Blowing Kisses’ (for obvious reasons). The page also features several of my own overlays – check out the background texture, the radial sunburst effect, the cute cupids and the pretty corners… all can be found right here on Trulytango Scraps;)
